Activation Instructions:

Step 1:    Enter the information from the Test Kit Activation Card included in your MatriClan Test or PatriClan Test.

Step 2:   You will receive an email confirmation. You must open that email to complete the activation process.

Step 3:   Click the link in your email to complete the activation and register your Test Kit. You MUST complete the Test Kit activation before sending your swabs to us.
